Privacy Policy

Account: email, name, password hash (never the password itself), language, sign-in identifiers from Google, Apple or Telegram (account ID, username) if you use them.

Platform use: settings and risk limits, watchlists, alerts, paper-trading orders and journal, course progress, strategies you build, AI assistant conversations and usage counters, security and audit logs (IP address, time, action).

Connections: if you connect a broker, exchange or wallet — OAuth tokens or API keys (stored encrypted, trading permissions only), public wallet addresses, order history placed through UTRADER. We never collect wallet private keys or seed phrases.

Payments: plan, period, amount, payment status and transaction ID from the payment provider. We do not receive card numbers or wallet keys.

Futures: the country of residence you declare in Settings (and when you set it), your acceptance of the futures and leverage risk disclosure with your answers to its comprehension check, and the IP address at acceptance. If our network provider supplies a country for that IP address (a CDN header), we store it too; we do not run separate geolocation lookups. We use this to apply the residence restrictions for real-money futures and to keep a record of your consent.

To provide the service (accounts, analytics, paper and auto-trading, courses), to keep it secure (fraud and abuse prevention, rate limits, audit), to process payments, to send service emails (email verification, password reset, important notices) and to improve the product using aggregated statistics. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Hosting: Hostinger (servers, database, backups).

Email: Resend (transactional emails).

AI: Anthropic and/or OpenRouter receive the text of your AI assistant requests and the market context needed to answer them. Do not include personal secrets in AI chats.

Payments: NOWPayments (crypto payments).

Sign-in: Google, Apple, Telegram — only if you choose them.

Brokers and exchanges you connect (e.g. Alpaca, Binance, Bybit, OKX) receive the orders you or your strategies send. Public market data comes from third-party market data sources and contains no personal data.

Data is stored on our servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS). Broker and exchange credentials are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to what operating the service requires.

We keep account data while your account exists. After account deletion we remove or anonymise personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (e.g. payment records) or for security.

We use browser local storage for your session and preferences (e.g. language). We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

You can access and update your data in Settings, disconnect brokers and exchanges at any time, and request a copy or deletion of your data by writing to Telegram @utrader_manager. Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR in the EU), you may have additional rights, including objecting to processing and lodging a complaint with a data protection authority.

The service is not intended for persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
