UTRADER

Terms of Use

Last updated: 2 November 2026

These Terms govern your use of UTRADER (utrader.site and api.utrader.site): an educational and analytical trading platform with AI tools, a paper (simulated) account and optional auto-trading on your own brokerage or exchange account. By creating an account or using the service you accept these Terms. UTRADER is operated by BORODIN LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“UTRADER”, “we”).

1. Not investment advice

UTRADER provides educational content, market data, analytics, risk calculations and software tools. Nothing on the platform — including AI assistant answers, scanner results, backtests, Time Machine simulations or course materials — is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.

Trading stocks and crypto-assets carries a high risk of loss, including the loss of all invested capital. Past results and simulations do not guarantee future results. You alone decide whether to trade and you are solely responsible for your decisions.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You may sign in with email and password, Google, Telegram or Apple. We may suspend or block accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service or create risk for other users.

3. Your brokerage and exchange accounts

UTRADER never holds client funds. Money and assets always stay on your own account at your broker or exchange. You connect such accounts yourself via OAuth or API keys and can disconnect them at any time.

We only request trading permissions. We refuse exchange API keys that allow withdrawals, and we never ask for or store wallet private keys or seed phrases. API keys are stored encrypted and are never shown back in full.

Your relationship with your broker or exchange is governed by their own terms. They — not UTRADER — execute orders, hold your assets and are responsible for their services.

4. Auto-trading

Auto-trading is optional and available on the Elite plan. Orders are generated only by deterministic, rule-based strategies that you configure; the AI assistant never places orders on its own.

Before real-money auto-trading you must accept a separate risk consent and explicitly confirm real-money trading for each strategy you switch to live. You set the limits (risk per trade, daily loss limit, symbols, order size) and can stop all auto-trading instantly with the kill switch.

Software, data feeds, exchanges and networks can fail or be delayed. Orders may be filled at prices different from expected, partially filled or not filled. You accept these risks when you enable auto-trading. We may pause auto-trading platform-wide at any time for safety.

5. Futures and leverage

UTRADER can run your rule-based strategies on USDT-margined perpetual futures (“perps”) on your own exchange account (Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget) or in UTRADER’s simulator. Perpetual futures are leveraged derivatives: losses grow with leverage, a position can be liquidated by the exchange and lose its whole margin, funding payments are charged or received every 8 hours, and a stop-loss can fill at a worse price than its level in fast or gapping markets, so a loss can exceed the planned loss at the stop. Tokenized-gold perpetuals (e.g. XAUT, PAXG) track tokenized gold, not exchange-traded gold futures.

UTRADER applies technical limits to every futures order: isolated margin only, a leverage cap (5x by default for crypto), a mandatory stop-loss placed with the entry and kept at a distance from the liquidation price, position size derived from your maximum loss per trade, a notional cap, your daily loss limit and the kill switch. These limits reduce but do not remove risk. Fee, maintenance-margin and liquidation figures shown by UTRADER are estimates; the exchange’s own figures and rules prevail.

Real-money futures require the Elite plan, the general auto-trading consent, a separate futures and leverage risk disclosure with a short comprehension check, a declared country of residence, an explicit confirmation per strategy, and that the operator has enabled them. New real-money futures strategies start in Confirm mode. The simulator and exchange demo / testnet accounts move no money.

Residence restriction: real-money futures are not available to residents of the United States (including its territories), the United Kingdom, Canada, comprehensively sanctioned countries, or countries where the selected exchange does not offer derivatives under its terms. You must declare your country of residence truthfully and must not use the service to circumvent these restrictions (for example with a VPN). You are responsible for making sure that trading derivatives is lawful for you.

6. Plans and payments

Free, Pro and Elite plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are prepaid for 1, 3 or 12 months, mainly in cryptocurrency via NOWPayments. There is no automatic renewal: when the period ends, the account returns to the Free plan and your data stays.

UTRADER does not charge any commission on your trades. Fees charged by your broker or exchange are theirs.

Because access is granted immediately, payments are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or the service was not provided due to our fault. Contact us via Telegram @utrader_manager.

7. Acceptable use

Do not: break the law or sanctions rules; attempt to access other users' data; interfere with or overload the service; reverse-engineer or scrape it at scale; resell access; use the service for market manipulation or fraud.

8. Content and intellectual property

The platform, course materials, software and brand belong to UTRADER. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them while your account is active. Your own notes, journal entries and strategies remain yours.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change, be added or removed. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site, and continued use means acceptance.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is”. UTRADER is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or damages caused by your decisions, market conditions, third-party services (brokers, exchanges, data providers, payment processors) or outages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
